At Troy's Readers, we strive to process and ship orders quickly while providing affordable shipping options both within the United States and internationally.
Order Processing Times
Most orders ship the same business day or the next business day.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase. In rare cases, processing may take longer due to inventory verification, high order volume, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If order processing is delayed more than 48 hours, we will notify you by email.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States on qualifying orders over $35.
Available shipping services may include:

We offer flat-rate shipping options for many destinations. In some cases, discounted carrier rates may result in lower shipping costs at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier pricing.
Whenever possible, all items are shipped in a single package. If multiple packages are required, there is no additional shipping charge to the customer.
All delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We negotiate discounted shipping rates directly with major carriers and pass those savings on to our customers whenever possible.
Free shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders shipped within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no additional cost when necessary to ensure faster delivery.
Troy's Readers reserves the right to require signature confirmation on certain shipments at our discretion.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Estimated international delivery times range from 5–21 business days depending on destination, customs processing, and shipping method selected.
Expedited international shipping options may be available during checkout.
For many international destinations, we recommend USPS or DHL because some customers have reported additional brokerage or handling fees when using UPS.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's tracking system.
You may also track your order at any time by using the chat feature located in the bottom-right corner of our website and selecting:

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Troy's Readers is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Return to Sender Shipments
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to claim the package, we will attempt to contact the customer using the email address and/or phone number provided with the order.
We will make up to two attempts to contact the customer regarding how they would like to proceed.
Important
Shipping charges associated with a return-to-sender shipment are non-refundable.
If an order originally qualified for free shipping, shipping costs charged to us by the carrier may be deducted from any refund.
Customers may choose to:

Receive a refund for the merchandise minus applicable shipping charges
If we do not receive a response after two contact attempts, the order may be refunded minus carrier shipping charges incurred.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after purchase or fail our quality inspection process before shipment.
If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you and provide the following options:

Standard Shipping Orders
If we cannot reach you after two attempts, unavailable items may be refunded and removed from the order. Any remaining available items may still be shipped.
Expedited Shipping Orders
For Priority Mail and expedited shipping services, we prioritize same-day fulfillment whenever possible.
If an unavailable item is discovered, we may issue a refund for that item and ship the remaining available items to avoid delaying your order.
If receiving all items together was a condition of purchase, we will provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

While we strive to fulfill orders quickly, Troy's Readers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been accepted into the carrier's network.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and notifying us so we can assist where possible.

Military & PO Box Addresses
